Her role extends into DGI's corporate advisory division, where Sofia specialises in company formation in Switzerland — assisting clients with the registration of Swiss GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) and Swiss AG (Aktiengesellschaft) entities. Switzerland's reputation for political neutrality, strong rule of law, exceptional banking infrastructure, and favourable tax treaties makes it one of the world's most sought-after jurisdictions for holding companies, family offices, and headquarters operations. Sofia has navigated dozens of clients through the Swiss commercial register process with precision and expertise.

Sofia holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
