During his 25+ years of experience he’s demonstrated the ability to grow customer centric teams from the ground up and has optimized existing teams in Technical Support, Professional Services, Customer Success and Technical Documentation. He now oversees Customer Experience at Business Ventures Management Limited which comprises Technical Support, Technical Customer Experience, Business Security, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams.
